PAYMENT:
We accept PayPal and personal checks. US funds only. Personal Checks must be pre-approved and will be held for 7-10 days business days or until cleared from the bank before shipping your order. If paying by personal check, please print and fill out the online order form and send along with your payment. If you are not comfortable with PayPal or Google, please call us at 1-877-484-4930 to place your order over the phone by credit card (Visa or MasterCard only).
TAX:
Virginia residents add 5% sales tax.
SHIPPING US DOMESTIC BUYERS:
We use the United States Postal Service (USPS) for most shipping.
RETURNS:
All products may be returned for a full refund of the purchase price, excluding shipping & handling costs, if the customer contacts us within 10 business days upon receipt of merchandise. Merchandise must be returned in original undamaged condition to receive full refund. The Buyer is responsible for return shipping except in cases of freight damage. Any freight damage must be reported immediately upon receipt.
All claims for damage or defects must be made within three (2) business days of receipt.
